Shipping Policy

At Styled Society xoxo, every order is handled with intention. We partner with carefully selected fulfillment centers to bring you quality pieces — which means shipping times and packaging may vary depending on the item ordered.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom Print-on-Demand items may require additional production time before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Times
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. International orders from select fulfillment partners may take up to 20 business days. These windows reflect standard carrier timelines and do not account for delays caused by weather, customs, or other events outside our control.

Free Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on all US orders over $50. Because great style shouldn't come with a shipping fee.

Multiple Packages
If your order includes items from different fulfillment partners — for example, a piece of jewelry and a custom item — they will ship separately. You may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages on different days. This is completely normal.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system before reaching out about a delay.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes assessed by their country. These are not included in the purchase price and are outside our control.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your building management first, then contact us at support@styledsocietyxoxo.store. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
